Introduction to the job
The central tech support project lead position will be responsible for executing on new product introduction and Veldhoven customer engineering team projects such as new diagnostics way of working change to local customer service teamRole and responsibilities
Responsible for definition and/or execution of complex projectsExercise projects according to our project management methodology;
Manage project planning, execution, risk management and realize change, including reporting and closing.
Manage internal and external stakeholders
Ensure that there is an effective transfer of the deliverables within operations
Identify potentials for new improvements and contribute to the improvement of the whole operations value chain by participating in or facilitating problem solving sessions
Train and coach ASML employees on process and infrastructure improvements
Able to manage basic complexity projects and governance
Education and experience
Bachelor degree or aboveAt least 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in ASML, or in a complex and challenging high-tech environment, preferably with substantial customer interaction
At least 2-3 years of ASML with some supervisory or project coordination experience is preferred
