The holder of this job drives programs in the Social domain of ESG Sustainability with the focus on community engagement programs: be a valued partner in our communities. Role and responsibilities

You will join the Society & Community Engagement department, and will report to the Head of Social Cohesion & Impact. Our main responsibilities are:

  • Development and implementation of the Social Cohesion & Impact strategy for internal- and external stakeholders, including the communication protocol, recurring communication, and milestone events;
  • Connecting with the different parts of the ASML to ensure all elements are managed as one program driving our agenda;
  • Define and implement structural improvement with all stakeholders for Social Cohesion & Impact current and new programs/partnerships, work on neighbor relations and sponsor program. Build the collaboration needed to deliver the strategy;
  • Create insight in process and progress of the Social agenda;
  • Pro-actively contribute to Society & Community Engagement as a whole and deployment within ASML.

Education and experience

  • Master degree;
  • Consultancy / Business background;
  • 8+ years of experience in project- and program management with a proven track record to lead in complex environment;
  • Good understanding and experience a multinational organization;
  • Preferably experience with Neighbor Relations, Setting up Sponsor programs, setting up new partnerships and maintain and support existing partnerships. Working with and/or within Global and Dutch partners;
  • Experience in change management and communication needs of transformation projects;
  • Preferably experience with ESG in a complex environment;

  • Can balance ‘taking ownership’ with ‘supporting the organization’ to get the right things done
  • Strong analytical skills (creating and maintaining dashboards, survey’s, reporting and translating reports to a plan)
  • Dutch and English is a must
