Introduction – Job Mission
The intern will work with our reliability engineers and test engineers to write a code for test machine control and perform data analysis.
This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
·Main responsibilities of this position are working with test engineer to develop and implement data acquisition system on HALT test machine, which is a key test equipment for reliability engineering.
·Understand hardware and interface of the test machine for data generation and collection during the tests.
·Understand the interface between the machine and data acquisition system being developed.
·Write code to materialize automatic data transfer and acquisition.
·Maintain the data acquisition system when it is needed.
·Collect other reliability data from service or manufacturing and perform reliability data analysis.
Education and Experience
·MS degree in EE, CS, ECE or electronic engineering related majors.
·Computer program skills and familiar with Python, C++, VB and other language.
·Understand basic electrical / electronics schematics.
·Eager to learn and self-taught.
·Willing to take on hands-on work.
·Basic statistic knowledge.
