This role will be based in Hsinchu Taiwan andis responsible for handling transaction. You will actively contact withemployees, managers and HR colleagues in Asia by providing operationalsolutions to the in-scope processes.

Role and responsibilities
This role will be responsible for completing a wide variety of HR duties that reflect substantial variety and complexity for one or more countries, including but not limit to: transaction handling, legal compliance measurement, report generation and analysis, presentation delivery. The work of position is generally of critical and confidential nature. He/she will be trained on Human Resources practices, policies, procedures, and systems.
Provide transactional system support, administrative services and proactively complete the in-scope processes.
Perform presentation and guidance call to internal stakeholders.
Actively identifies customer requirement and participates in improvement projects.
Drive standardization, simplification and automation of the processes.
Ensure service level agreements are met and higher level of customer satisfaction is reached.
Safeguard own knowledge & skills and update knowledge database in line with local compliance.
Education and experience
Bachelor orMaster degree in HR or related fields.
2-3 years of HR or related experience.
Multi-culture experience is a plus.
Workday or ServiceNow experience is a plus.
Korean speaking

Fluent in English and Korean; able to communicate with multinational colleagues on day-to-day basis. Japanese or Korean is a plus.

Knowledge of HR processes, systems and policies.
Ability to work in a changing environment to meet demanding deadlines and timescales.
Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
