Part of the IT organization is the Core ITServices providing all, mission-critical, IT support services. This includesgeneric IT infrastructure services like laptops and desktops, telecomservices, network and datacenters within ASML.

Role and responsibilities

Ensure ALL IaaS related equipment within our APAC RegionalDatacenter and Local MER / SER’s are operational 24/7 & 365 days a year.To achieve this, you will be co-working with ASML’s Technical LandscapeOwners and our External Service Providers to ensure sufficient operationalbudget has been requested and to ensure New Demands, Enhancements, ChangeRequest are smoothly executed with incidents promptly resolved and logged viaServiceNow (ITIL tool).

Inaddition, you will managed / co-ordinate Office, Warehouse & Cleanroomrenovation and relocation activities within TW, SG, JP using established ASMLprocesses & procedures. Your work will include the planning andinstallation of structure cablings, building of MER / SER and to ensure allEnd Users Devices are correctly installed.

Handling of Infra related Incidents,Requests & Changes in accordance to set SLA and KPI using ITILmethodology and framework.
Infrastructure projectcoordination/execution in Taiwan, Singapore, Japan region including officerelocation/installation/renovation.
Datacenter operation management withexperience in setting up structure cabling, cooling and power.
Act as IaaS major technical contact toensure ASML service & application availability.
Work with our External Service Provider topredict future growth, business requirement and to ensure sufficientresources and capacity.
Act as 3rd line support and point ofcontract for ALL Infra related questions and enquires within APAC region.
Support IT related equipment procurementprocess, Control IT cost/expense for Taiwan including the management ofcontracts for Taiwan Infra Team.
Willingness to traveldomestic/internationally.

Education and experience

BachelorDegree in Computing Science or related field preferred
RelatedIT (VCP, CCNA) & Project Management (Prince2, PMP or Agile) relatedcertification would be advantageous.

>5 years hands on Infra experience.
>2 years Project Management experience.

Thisis a permanent position within the Asia Core IT organization. The Core ITInfra Engineer / Coordinator will be reporting to the APAC Infra ServicesManager and will work closely with other business functions (i.e. CorporateReal Estate) within Taiwan & Asia.
