Supply Chain Internship (non-thesis): Reverse Supply Chain expediting

Introduction

Do you have a green mindset and like to work on circular economy topics? Then we have an excellent internship opportunity for you to grow in the ASML Re-use Reverse Supply Chain team!

Background information

ASML is organizing a dedicated reverse supply chain organization that enable re-using of materials in our supply chain. This new team is looking for enthusiastic students that want to drive and operationalize the reverse supply chain. This to ensure we re-use materials instead of buy new.

Your assignment

ASML has an onging repair flow for defective materials. This flow has many (administrative) steps, actions owners and stakeholders. If issues happen somewhere in the end 2 end process, the total repair process is delayed. The reverse supply chain organization is looking to solve these issues by expditing the open actions with internal stakeholders. Furthermore, we would like to understand to root cause behind these issues to prevent them from occuring. The assignment exists out of:
- Expediting outstanding actions with internal stakeholders (majority of the work);
- Report out on root causes of process disturbances.

This assignment is a great opportunity to get to know ASML and to learn the ins and outs of the reverse supply chain!

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or something related;
• Have good experience with working in Microsoft Excel;
• Have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written;

This is a bachelor or master apprentice internship with a minimum duration of 4 months for 2-3 days per week. The starting date is as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
