Introduction to the job
As a manufacturing project lead, you will have more chances to face on various challenges that it's brought from ASML's faster growing in coming years. The Project Lead will take on the lead role in industrial footprint, factory capabilities, efficiency drive, quality improvement and any other new project based initiatives to support ASML Tainan (Taiwan) to reinforce the competitive position and be a pathfinder to look ahead for ASML Tainan (Taiwan) future growth and road to operation excellence.
Capability management: Bridge between factory planning & supplier and achieve to balance stakeholder.
Efficiency enhancement: Adapt to the challenges of different tasks and face changes in a positive attitude.
Execution quality: Raise up full aspects of quality on high output pressure environment.
Cost management skill: Decision in place with always keeping cost incentive triggered.
Role and responsibilities
Play the key role on NPI module transfer, accountability on 6p=P. Always to deliver solutions and movement in timely manner.
Succession pipeline: Work independently and bring clarity to un-clear situations by applying a balance of knowledge, experience and instinct.
Mainly engaged in problem solving and continuous improvement.
Performance maintenance from development to individual, to ensure department can achieve goals and benefits.
Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with relevant units to ensure that the quality, output and performance of the module output are within the factory indicators.
Talent development: Able to lead team on developing career opportunity and competitiveness.
Education and experience
Master’sdegree / 10 years relevant experience in a large international company, ideally Supply Chain Management, Operations or Procurement/Sales background
