Introduction to the job

ASML has employees over 60 locations in 16 countries and the business requires travel between countries. IMO team is a department build to assists worldwide employees with their business travel immigration documents and ensure they are compliant to local regulations

The International Mobility Office Intern will support the team members in administration work and keeping documents up to date according to instructions. The role will also be required to attend internal calls, take meeting minutes, and from time to time follow up on vendor actions.

Role and responsibilities

To support IMO assignment team on day to day operation matters

To keep internal and external documents and templates up to date
To preside internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and follow up action items with the action owners
To create instructional video related to immigration or any mobility related topic
To check vendor actions completeness
To perform monthly tasks assigned by the team assistants
To execute tasks assigned by manager

Education and experience

Bachelor/Master in business, management, English is a plus

• Strong command in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command in written and spoken English
• Strong academic performance and prior work/internship experience is a plus
