Your mission is simple: create structured processes and manage projects that consolidate the diverse quality knowledge that your colleagues bring into the team.With your vision of how knowledge can be structuralized, you help to ensure that everyone at ASML understands and complies with our defined quality processes. Your mission may sound simple, but to achieve it you will need leadership and creativity, because this is what ASML is all about: a world leader in one of the world’s fastest-moving industries, a place where materials, work-practices and attitudes change at breath-taking speed. To help you achieve this mission, you will have to engage the local Quality Specialists to ensure that structure in Quality processes is realized according to your vision.
Role and responsibilities
You will build the processes, systems and tools to ensure that ASML factories across the world remain quality compliant with customer needs in a fast-changing environment.
You will be part of a team of Manufacturing Qualityprofessionals and will focus on cooperating with your colleagues to ensure that projects become more successful. This will call on your expertise in project and change management.
Key responsibilities include:
- stakeholder management across business
- ownership of the voice of customer process
- help driving the Cost of non-Quality down
- conduct monthly and annual quality performance management reviews with stakeholders
- You will report to the Manufacturing Quality and Safety manager.
Education and experience
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in technical or environmental studies, combined with further specialization in the quality related field (e.g. SAP QM).
You have at least 10 years of relevant experience with quality program management preferably in a low-volume, high-tech environment.
