HR - Compensation & Benefits Manager - Hsinchu
In a nutshell
You will be responsible for the design, planning, implementation and monitoring of Compensation
& Benefits programs and processes in Taiwan. Our programs are aimed to be legally compliant, market competitive and internally aligned with business goals. This will involve close cooperation with several disciplines, such as legal, tax, finance, payroll and HR in your country, Asia and in the Netherlands.
The Compensation & Benefits Manager will report to Senior Manager Asia, primarily in charge ofCompensation & Benefits in Taiwan and lead some of the regional Compensation & Benefits initiatives.
-Leads and formulate rewards strategies in Taiwan, across all legal entities and sectors.
-Develop competitive rewards structures, policies, programs and processes for country specific C&B topics, such as salary structure, incentives, car allowance, retirement benefits, etc..
-Drive the change effort in the area of compensation and benefits.
-Comprehensive analysis of Compensation & Benefits needs in each sector.
-Manage annual compensation cycle across Asia Pacific.
-Develop effective communications for rewards initiatives.
-Provide advice to managers and human resources generalists.
-Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure alignment with global initiatives.
-Collaborate with other colleagues including HR service center, payroll, HR P&I, legal and finance in country and the region.
-Manage, train and develop Compensation staff.
·The ideal candidate has 10 years professional compensation & benefits experience with both operational and strategic skills.
·In-depth knowledge in Compensation & Benefits with regional exposure.
·Experience in demonstrating project management skills in a lead role.
·Experience leading a change effort across Asia Pacific.
·Experience in consulting or semiconductor industry would be an advantage.
