The Wilton Business Change Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving organizational change management interventions in Wilton Factory related to business process and IT improvements. The BCM ensures the change interventions are tailored to the specific needs of the Wilton organization. The BCM develops and drives the change plan and engages Wilton resources and stakeholders to ensure all change impacts are accounted for and people readiness criteria are met before go-live and sustained after go-live.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Role and responsibilities

In accordance with ASML's unique organizational change management methodology Wilton's business/people Change Manager is responsible for:

  • Utilizing the ASML organizational change management methodology to define and execute a change plan as part of improvement projects for Wilton Factory.
  • Conducting stakeholder assessments and defining and executing stakeholder engagement plans; this may include challenging senior management to ensure they understand and play their role effectively.
  • Assessing change impacts and defining appropriate change actions and ensuring follow-up.
  • Executing change readiness assessments and ensuring follow-up.
  • Executing role mapping processes and ensuring follow-up.
  • Implementation of organization transition approach(es).
  • Managing any change agent networks established as part of improvement projects.
  • Managing people risks and issues that may impact deployment for Wilton, escalating and working with the appropriate people to resolve.
  • Regular and timely reporting of change status to local leadership team and the global Business Change Office (via Deployment Change Lead).
  • Measuring success and adoption of deployment.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Business Administration or related.
  • 1 - 3 years' experience in Change Manager and
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with ERP/ S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
