To perform the CS various project execution and drive for adaption in the field CS
Role and responsibilities
Develop continue improvement plan to support operation efficiency
Overall driver of successful project;
Demonstrate the clear objective, improvement plan and prove the project benefits to business;
Plan and track projectprogress with clear milestones, deliverables and targets;
Align and coordinate with stakeholders to drive for agreed solutions;
Pro-actively to provide progress update for status review;
Documentation and transparent sharing for project deliverables and share the lesson learned;
Apply and utilize project management tool/techniques to manage the project efficiency;
Rollout and implement the project to field CS;
Collect the handle feedbacks during aftercare to support to further improvement
Education and experience
Master degree, 3-7 years
