Introduction to the job
Within the Supply Chain Management organization, Customer Supply Chain Management (CSCM) is responsible to ensure material availability at the right quality and cost for our customers.
Role and responsibilities
Manage complex multi-sector projects according to agreed plan and budget
Prevent issue re-occurrence by implement first containment and later structural solution
Ensure good alignment with relevant stakeholders
Plan & mobilize resources of the cross-sector project team to fulfill the project plans to drive the structural solutions
Monitor & report the follow up of these plans within the defined lead time Key Performance indicators (KPI’s)
Drive continuous improvement for internal CSCM quality team
Responsible for local tool maintenance and reporting
Education and experience
Bachelor degree or above with major related logistics& biz administration
Engineerbackground or related major is preferred but not mandatory
More than 3 yearsexperiences in the related field
Relevant proventrack record in managing and delivering (complex) projects
Operationalexperience in logistics
3PL management experience
Project management experience is preferred
Process controlmanagement experience in manufacturing plant/warehouse preferred
Skills
Excellent communication skills and stakeholdermanagement
Professionalcommunication in English
Proven trackrecord in reporting, analyzing an preventing quality issues
Pro-active,pragmatic and a strong drive for results
