Introduction to the job

Program team of ASML Linkou Factory to lead, enable and deliver ASML Linkou Factory future growth and breakthrough
Project Lead for ASML Linkou factory expansion project and business breakthrough in order to meet the objectives of 3-5 years Linkou factory growth

Role and responsibilities

►Implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
►Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
►Work with program manager for assigned projects to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
►Execute analysis and evaluation for optimal return-on-investment and define project initiatives
►Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
►Develop options and solutions by coordinating stakeholders in time and control project progress
►Escalate risks in a timely manner and setup review meetings with management and stakeholders for project progress
The macro economic view of ASML going into 2025 will see a significant growth in business and in revenue. In order to materialize this growth potential, The Project Lead will take on the lead role in industrial footprint, factory capabilities, efficiency drive, quality improvement and any other new project based initiatives to support ASML Linkou (Taiwan) to reinforce the competitive position and be a pathfinder to look ahead for ASML Linkou (Taiwan) future growth and road to operation excellence.

Education and experience

►Master's degree in engineering major
►3+ years in factory working environment and 1+ years in facility engineering related job role
