Introduction to the job

PL for Taiwan CS organization
- Manage ASML CS Apps sector priorities and own execution according to biz target

Role and responsibilities

Own,contribute and drive site readiness, performance and process improvements,organizational improvement projects (CIP) within local organization (ASML, Application)

Plan andPrioritize:
Createsand uses detailed project plan (deliverables, why, who, when, how, what);
Definesdeliverables for project members; Defines clear and quantifiable priorities.

ManageProject Structure: Is able to make WBS (work breakdownstructure); Is able to identify stakeholders needed for proper projectdelivery and escalates when not available; Is able to make planning based onWBS and available stakeholders; Is able to propose governance structure forproject; Is able to challenge the assignment and agree on SMART deliverables;

Ensuresproject team meetings take place at regular basis; Has regular progressreporting to stakeholders / sponsors / project team; Understands properescalation paths and solve basic road blocks. Checks if deliverables arefinalized on time and in budget - intervenes where needed; Keeps dailycontrol, asks for help when stakeholders cannot deliver.

ManageRisks and Requirements: Is able to assess and address risk basedon input project members; Is able to understand operational risks within ownscope.

Stakeholder: Isable to clearly define what stakeholders are necessary to get WBS elementsdone; Is able to clearly communicates what effort is expected from stakeholders;Knows way in organization to get the right stakeholders available

Education and experience

Master/Bachelor
