Job mission
As service focused planner in the Sales Business Planning team you support and help drive a cohesive service strategy across the sales organization and business lines. This is done along several focus areas. For this vacancy we are looking for a team member that will support local teams in preparing for service deals which involves compiling and sharing best known methods from corporate perspective. Furthermore you will be involved in coordinating the pricing strategy for certain service products. Along these activities you will support local teams in strategy making and execution while also driving necessary actions in Veldhoven.
Job description
Your main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Work together with the local teams to find the right fit between ASML’s service product portfolio and customer needs while in parallel driving decisions and actions in Veldhoven to execute service deals
- Ensure that the corporate service strategy is secured in service deal making
- Track service contract scope and coverage and timely preparation of service contract renewals
- Maintain and further develop best known methods cross accounts for deal making
- Coordinate the content, procedures and pricing strategy around certain specific service products
- Support the other service focus areas where needed
Education & experience
- Bachelor/Master level in business or technical studies
- 5+ years’ relevant working experience
- Knowledge and experience with Office, SAP
- Experience in management reporting and communication
- Understanding of semiconductor markets and business. Knowledge of lithography processes and semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
- Experience in service and supply chain dynamics

Context of the position
The sales business planner is part of the sales organization and report into HQ Sales Operations. The sales business planning team is the central point in sales for field demand and supply balancing across accounts as well as for coordinating service portfolio alignment, service contract support and the pricing strategy for certain service products. The interfacing is broad. Important counterparts are the customer account teams. Next to that intense collaboration with Business Lines and operational departments (factory, CS, IBP) as well as financial departments is required to be successful in the job. For PGP related topics interfacing with product teams is required.
