Introduction to the job
Within the regional Customer Support, Technical Support (TS) group is to deliver technical solution and advise to customer and local service organizations in the field of Lithography and Metrology Process. Major supporting products are TwinScan and Litho Computing Platform (LCP) in function of Factory Automation. TS deliverable is any form of technical service to ENHANCE customer Fab Automation Process and/or MAINTAIN the reliability and availability, also service to secure proper interfacing of ASML product to customer’s fab automation systems (e.g., FDC, MES). Technical Service is delivered in conjunction with 3rd party product (e.g., BRES, EPS, Splunk). So, the concise and articulate communication is highly requested. Work style variate among standard Service Support, Upgrade& Schedule action support, Project support. 30% of travel expected.
Technical Support Group are also expected to support skill up of neighboring sectors and Communication.
Role and responsibilities
Escalation Support, Troubleshooting
Secure fab automation interface
Change Management role
Service mix improvement (patch hit reporting, procedure, process)
Education and experience
Proficient in English both verbally and in written communication, to communicate effectively with local and overseas staff daily.
Business level Japanese skills are of added value.
Education:
Associate, Bachelor, master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
•Experience in Linux/Unix in ASML or equivalent field experience. Min 3 years software support experience is preferrable.
