Role and responsibilities

The Planning Specialist will drive our Supply Chain by developing key parameters in reports and drive improvements together with the management team, operational team leaders, and key stakeholders. The RP planner provides reports and drive improvements together with the management team, operational teams, and key stakeholders.

As the Planning Specialist, your role includes: • Develop, implement, and maintain state-of-the art CSCM reports and dashboards for the stakeholders • Define the methodology for creating visibility in Supply Chain with new reporting perspective • Translate/refine requirements and visualize data into information that can be used to take appropriate action • Continuously improve information services in line with stakeholder needs, attunement of implementation planning, hands-on assistance, problem solving • Be the Subject Matter Expert and the Key User of the reporting tools within CSCM • Work proactively with other stakeholders, e.g. CS and other departments

Education and experience

Relevant Bachelor degree or above (e.g in Information Technolgy, Industrial Engineering & Management Science, Business Administration, Statistics, Supply Chain or Engineering

•5-10 years relevant experience in a big multinational company (industry or consultancy), ideally with Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, or Engineering background. • Proficient knowledge in multiple reporting tools such as Spotfire, SAP or Macro. • Experience in Agile way of working is an advantage. • Analytical and able to organize and prioritize own workload

This role is a part of CSCM Reginal Planning team. Customer Supply Chain is responsible for availability of spare parts & tools at customer locations. As a Supply Chain Specialist you are responsible for providing reports timely.
