IT Internship (non-thesis): Setting up Sharepoint structure & Teams environment

Are you a student in IT? Do you have knowledge about SharePoint and Teams? Then this internship could be interesting for you!

Background information

The Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) department within Development & Engineering is a group of engineers that have the goal to optimize supplier (manufacturing) processes. For this, they need to interact with a number of stakeholders using the ASML guidelines and processes. Navigating this requires a good knowledge sharing system which ensures that available data- and best practices should be easy to find, edit, and maintain. To do this, we need you to create an accessible and easy to use Sharepoint and Teams environment containing this data.

Your assignment

As many different people will be using this Sharepoint and Teams environment, it should be easy to find and show relevant information for all people involved. This also means that some parts of the environment will be public for all and some will be restricted. To achieve this goal you will:

• Gather requirements for the new SharePoint- / Teams environment;
• Set up the (scalable) framework in theory;
• Set up and test the new SharePoint-/ Teams environment in practice;
• Train and instruct the group members.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship you:

• Are a Vocational or Applied Sciences student in IT business development;
• Have good knowledge of SharePoint and Teams;
• Are a good communicator capable of managing several stakeholders;
• Are punctual and precise.

This is a Vocational or Applied Sciences apprentice internship with a flexible duration for 1-2 days per week starting as soon as possible.

Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a school for the entire duration of the internship.
