Introduction to the job

TW CSCM 3PL team, mainly focus on 3PL management KPI achieved and WH operation related projects.

Role and responsibilities

Monitor and drive 3rd party to meet KPIs;
Troubleshooting and escalation from internal and external customers;
Projects on continuous improvement for more efficient or cost saving
Drive 3rdparty logistics to ensure operation process to be completed timely and correctly;
Support 3rd party logistics of ASML internal system operation or problem solving;
Regular KPI review meeting and process improvement for efficient increasing or cost saving;
Lead/support 3PL direct/indirect projects from internal and external to implement well

Education and experience

Supply Chain management (Master/Bachelor)
Transportation management(Master/Bachelor)
Industrial Engineering Management(Master/Bachelor)
7 - 10 years +

Good English Communication Skill.
Experience with SAP operation is required.
Good at using Microsoft tools, e.g. word, power point… excel (Power Query, Power BI, Macro…) for date analyzing.
Able to work with international teams (e.g. CSCM team from WW) and drive immediate effectivity and efficiency as team player with a pro-active attitude, flexible and highly committed.
