Are you challenged by taking responsibility for planning installs of EUV systems at customer sites?
Role and responsibilities
The sector EUV Factory is responsible for the production and installation of EUV lithographic systems. The complete production process of the most advanced machines takes place within the EUV Factory in Veldhoven, installation is done at customer sites worldwide.
As EF Install Planning coordinator, you are responsible of planning our Veldhoven engineers (<13 weeks) for global customer sites to make sure the system is being installed in the most efficient way, whilst safeguarding our engineers’ well-being. In addition, you will make sure that our EF Install group will be capable of executing future installs (>13 weeks), by contributing in the processes that drive the availability (hiring and training) of install engineers.
As EF Install Planning Coordinator your main responsibilities are:
oProvide an optimal manpower plan for the installations of EUV machines at our customer site,
oAlign and agree your planning with your stakeholders in Veldhoven (team leads) as well as local stakeholders (local planners, regional managers).
oFinalize your allocation scenario with the engineers
oIdentify longer term risk and opportunities for EF Install
Define optimal training plans for new hires to ensure quickest operational date
Education and experience
oMinimum 2 years relevant planning experience
oExperience in stakeholder management
