As the improvement leader you will report into Business Insights and Control R&D(BI&C IS&F BC). In addition, you will work very closely with other finance teams, HR and the process team in R&D.

Your main focus will be the improvement of the annual budget and long term financial planning process as well as the coordination of the annual process cycle. You will need to connect with many different stakeholders in the organization to ensure the process. Besides, create reporting to support improvement of the process but also reports on the output of the process to enable decision making.
