We are looking for a Supply Chain Planner that takes a pivotal role as a linking pin between ASML and the related proto supply base in combination with our own modelshop milling/turning/additive manufacturing capabilities, with a primary focus on the logistical performance and continuous improvement.

Role and responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Planner in the Modelshop you will be operating in a fast paced and multidisciplinary environment. You maintain and develop the relationship with the logistical counterpart of the supplier, with the purpose to create an optimal collaboration between our proto suppliers and ASML. Using your personal skills in order to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the supply chain, in alignment with the ASML project plan and modelshop procurement support.

Supply Chain Planner is the primary responsible to ensure the logistical performance from our suppliers. Using your supply chain experience, analytic thinking, political antenna and excellent people skills, you work closely with our internal customers and our supply base in order to optimize demand and supply.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations;
  • Coordination of production planning with external suppliers;
  • Ensure reliable throughput times of our supply base in line with the demand off our projects;
  • Continuous improvement of internal processes and collaboration with our suppliers in order to retain and improve the fast time to market for one-offs and proto products;
  • Monitor, collect and analyze data from divers sources (e.g., ERP, suppliers);
  • KPI dashboard owner;
  • Organize management reports.

Education and experience

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management.

Experience (3+ years) in a comparable role on supply chain management and outsourcing.

Other information

The holder of this position reports to the Manager of the Modelshop within the EF EXE Factory. Interfaces with Suppliers, Project leads, Manufacturing, Engineers and Logistics.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
