The Talent Acquisition Operations Leader will have an opportunity to initiate constructive change in ASML's hiring environment. This person will be a pivotal force for improvement upon finding, recruiting and hiring the top one percent of technical talent to meet ASML's growth goals. The ideal candidate will lead positive change management and apply out of the box thinking to deliver solutions for complex problems in operations and process improvement in the Talent Acquistion landscape in the US.
Job Description
Oversee and drive strategy and implementation for analytics, operations and program management, and employer branding.Provide insights and decision support to recruitment delivery leaders.
Identifies inefficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities across the TA function.
Engaging and managing stakeholders across the global HR and TA function, this role will lead large scale projects, change management efforts, vendor and system implementations as well as process improvement.
Ensure effective functioning of Workday recruiting platform, developing expertise on TA processes and leading testing efforts, change controls and releases as they relate to TA system functionality.
Overhaul recruitment playbook and accountable for integrity to its policies, processes and approaches across US TA supporting team.Drive improved approaches to business and candidate experience.
Standardize onboarding, training, knowledge development and capability building across TA function.
Lead, develop, and engage a large TA staff including management of performance and supporting their career development.
Works with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs, and implements improvements to staffing processes, including sourcing and selection.
Collaborate across business lines to develop a comprehensive recruiting strategy, manage a recruiting team including monitoring service level execution while maximizing productivity and efficiencies.
Manage TA business processes including vendors and suppliers and PO management.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in Recruitment/HR
Strong process and operational expertise with emphasis on Lean process design, solution development, and documentation.
Requires proven experience and leadership skills delivering on projects and programs, while leading complex day-to-day operations.
Measures data-based outcomes of TA operational efforts. Monitors daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly TA performance indicators and provides visibility to delivery leaders for action.
Manages implementation, training, sustainability and continuous improvement of recruitment systems and tools across the US including Workday, interview scheduling tool and CRM.
Implements and maintains operational execution of global value stream initiatives, standards, policies, processes and tools.

Other information
The California base annual salary range for this role is currently $135,000 to $225.000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
