Technical Project Leader MX Applications

Are you interested in driving the deliverables of a team responsible for the final nanometer-level performance of one of the most advanced lithographic scanners? We are looking for a Technical Project Leader (PL) that takes the challenge to take end-to-end ownership for one of the Applications projects in the Metrology & Machine Control (MX) Cluster. As the PL, you are the link between the D&E teams in the MX Cluster and the Product Team. You are responsible for managing a project or projects from ideation to execution.

Role and responsibilities

As PL in MX Applications you will be leading a multi-disciplinary project responsible for customer solutions in various products. The PL sets the direction and priorities of deliverables, creates and maintains the plans of the deliverables and balances between business context, technical excellence and effort. The PL is the linking pin between the business context and the execution.

Skillset: Team player, understanding business context, ownership, minimal viable product thinking, long term planning, can do mentality, decision making.

• Takes end-to-end ownership of deliverables.
• Able to balance, prioritize and manage the triple constraint (timing, budget and scope) in a transparent way in line with the business aspects.
• Manage the deliverables and risks in a multi-disciplinary context with teams working across various SAFe trains and competences, including but not limited to physics modelling, software development, and industrial engineering.
• Regularly communicates with and informs the relevant stakeholders including the program management, systems engineering, line management, customer support and customers.
• Secures the quality of the deliverables.

Education and experience

• Education: Master or PhD degree in Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, Physics, Mathematics or Engineering and a background in software development in a technical environment
• Experience: >5 years relevant leadership experience in a technical software development environment or related working environment, preferably as project manager.

• Current PL has 12 projects under her scope, within 1 product family.
• To manage the expected growth, a second team will be created.
• New PL will receive own unique scoop, and will work very closely with current PL and deliver it directly to Program Project Manager
• You will work with 30 GL's of two clusters to create your own teams to make deliver in time.
• Desired candidate understands the SW development process and of C++ knowledge is a big plus
