Are you interested in driving the deliverables of a team responsible for the final nanometer-level performance of one of the most advanced lithographic scanners?

We are looking for a Technical Project Leader (PL) that takes the challenge to take end-to-end ownership for one of the Applications projects in the Metrology & Machine Control (MX) Cluster. As the PL, you are the link between the D&E teams in the MX Cluster and the Product Team.

You are responsible for managing a project or projects from ideation to execution.

Role and responsibilities

As PL in MX Applications you will be leading a multi-disciplinary project responsible for customer solutions in various products. The PL sets the direction and priorities of deliverables, creates and maintains the plans of the deliverables and balances between business context, technical excellence and effort. The PL is the linking pin between the business context and the execution.

Responsibility:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the Software Optimizing Project.
  • Lead a team of software developers and engineers to optimize the performance of the software.
  • Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project requirements and priorities.
  • Develop project plans and manage the project's scope, timeline, and resources.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure that the team adheres to industry best practices, standards, and guidelines.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on optimization.
  • Proven experience leading technical projects from ideation to completion.

  • Experience of Agile/scrum methodology and practices inlarge scale development preferable;
    Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English;
