By facilitating workshops on related topics and coaching of individuals and teams you will be closely involved in the further improvement of our transformation.

This role is situated in the domain of Machine Conditioning. Machine Conditioning develops groundbreaking conditioning solutions to make ASML machines cleaner, greener and more precise within the most inspiring work environment. We invent, design, integrate, qualify and industrialize conditioning solutions in the area of thermal-, fluid-, vacuum- and contamination control. Our teams are a mixture of young talent and senior specialists with a strong focus on delivering business value for our stakeholders.

In this role you will be part of the LACE team (Lean-Agile Centre of Excellence). This is a team of Agile Coaches and RTEs supporting the Machine Conditioning cluster in their (scaled) Agile transformation.

  • Explain to teams how Jira works and explain best practices.
  • Adjust to different contexts and embed knowledge accordingly.
  • Someone who can train and coach key users and deliver hands on support concerning Jira in the ARTs

Besides Agile coaching on team level you will focus on coaching, training the use and best practices regarding the use of Jira within our cluster. Your goal is to create a self-sustaining Jira knowledge base and WOW that is congruent in the whole cluster.
