Introduction to the job

Our mission is to provide world class support in the execution of software application of the primary production processes of the ASML factories around the globe. Our team consists out of eight Competence Engineers that work in a 2-shift support schedule and two Competence Engineers that work in a day shift. This vacancy is for the day shift schedule, where the starting time can vary between 07:00 and 09:30 hrs.

MM support is part of the Means and Methods department within Global Manufacturing Services. Other teams in this department are Functional Application Management (FAM), System Utility Software (SUS) and Security Risk Management.

Role and responsibilities

Core business of the MM Support team is providing support based on requests coming from the production execution and work preparation departments, with the goal to limit delays in the production processes. Next to the operational activities we also expect you to work improvements and optimizing our knowledge base. Activities are focused on SAP Manufacturing Execution System and other manufacturing application software. Next to being the knowledge expert towards the business, MM Support is also an important link between the business and the IT organization in relation to IT incidents, IT escalations and IT maintenance.
You will be reporting to the Team Lead of the MM Support Team.

Education and experience

Experience
For this job opening the overall needed experience is:
1 year relevantwork experience in a production environment with high tech products andcomplex production processes.
Experience with SAP production environment is a pre.
Good Microsoft 365skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Education
A technical Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year work experience or a technical senior secondary vocational education (MBO) with at least 3 years work experience in a manufacturing environment. An education which includes the field of production logistics is a pre. Educational background in Computer, Software, Application, Industrial Engineering, Digital Innovation, Digital Business Transformation etc.
