Job Mission
Together with your team you are responsible for defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision for the Operations Execution-Factory Agile Release Train (ART) while working on the translation of business demands for the Manufacturing Execution ART into state-of-art IT solutions.
Job Description
Our ART consists of a group of 6 agile teams, consisting out of experts in the Manufacturing Execution domain. As Principal BPA you will play a pivotal role in the whole organization, connecting our BPA’s with our architects and business stakeholders. Your end2end view overarching the multiple systems enables you to critically engage discussion with other ARTs and your business stakeholders.
You act as a primary IT contact (subject matter expert) for Business key players and Business process owners in the ASML organization. Your main activities are related to Manufacturing departments of ASML. You assess, change and refine business processes and related information system to continuously increase the effectiveness of the supporting systems and ensure that they are properly aligned with the company’s strategic direction. You will play a key role in IT development & implementation of Epics, features and user-stories.

We are looking for someone who can bring the following skillset to the table:
- 10+ years’ experience with Manufacturing Execution processes in a discrete manufacturing industry (complex products, low volumes);
- A strong background on both hands-on and on architectural level in SAP PP/QM/ME/MII/PCo including integration with non-SAP systems;
- Detailed hands-on / customizing knowledge of SAP ECC is a must;
- Experience in delivering architectural principles, processes, infrastructure and solutions;
- Experience with interfacing (incl. non-SAP systems);
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Information Technology or Business Administration (with proven experience in complex Shop Floor Control processes).
