The IT organization of ASML supports information management, infrastructure and key business processes across ASML. Part of the IT organization is the CORE IT Services department, providing all, mission-critical, IT support services. This mainly consists of generic IT infrastructure services like laptops and desktops, telecom services, Identity management, network, compute, storage, databases, datacentersand license management.
Job Mission
As an IT Infrastructure project management officer your job mission is to ensure an efficient on/offboarding of the Outsourced IT workforce of our suppliers, including all personal related requests of that workforce.
Next to that you will be accountable for the administration of all purchase orders related to IT Infrastructure contracts and HW orders.
Job Description
As an IT Infrastructure project management officer you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- The administration of all purchase off infra hardware, related maintenance contracts and service contracts. This includes:
- Submitting the purchase requisitions
- Alignment with internal and external stakeholders like procurement, finance, etc
- Approving and ensuring invoices of orders that are submitted
- Providing financial analyses and breakdowns of submitted orders
- Providing support on financial related topics relating to the Infrastructure Services
- Signaling financial related improvements
- The administration of all requests of the Outsourced workforce. This includes:
- The on/offboarding of IT Infra services employees
- Alignment with the IT resource center for the onboarding of new hires
- Handling of password resets
- Approval of IT asset requests
- Approval of access requests
- Signaling improvements in the on/offboarding process
Education
You have a Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) in business economics, business administration and computer science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a large multinational environment
- Experience with project/program/department administration
- Sound knowledge of MS Office products like Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint
- Knowledge of the ASML financial processes and its tools being used (SAP, EasyBuy) is a plus
- Experience in process improvements (Lean Six Sigma Orange/Green belt) is a plus

Context of the position
As the IT Infrastructure project management officer you are a member of the IT Infrastructure Services team, part of the CORE IT Infra Services department of ASML. Within the position you will directly report to the Manager IT Infrastructure Operations.
