Introduction to the job

The mission of IT US Collaboration team is to streamline business process using Microsoft collaboration tools, such as SharePoint Online, Power Platform.We will work with business users to identify the challenges in their business process, then design and implement solutions to automate and stream their daily work.

This position may require access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require the Company to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

This position is based in San Diego, CA

Role and responsibilities

This role will work in a fast-paced workplace to produce high-quality solutions using Microsoft collaboration tools.

  • Review the existing requirement documents and/or meet with business users to understand the need
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Learn new tools and programming methodologies
  • Participate in developing innovative solutions in a big company environment
  • Learn/Participate in the Agile / Scrum Design methodologies
  • Gain practical experience using computer science knowledge in a professional setting
  • Participate in troubleshooting: report bugs and errors to development teams and track all issues found
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout product development lifecycle
  • Able to effectively communicate with supervisor and coworkers
  • Improve presenting and communication abilities (both oral and written)

Education and experience

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Information System, Engineering, or Mathematics. Junior/Senior level of study.

Other information

The California base hourly range for this role is currently $20 - $45. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
