Background information
On the scope of development of the newest system by ASML, the high NA system, Machine Conditioning group is involved on the development of state-of-the-art control models using modern control theory approaches. This requires new and also modern validation approaches. Brand new test/validation/simulation environments are being created to meet expectation.
Your assignment
On the scope of development of the newest system by ASML, the high NA system, Machine Conditioning group is involved on the development of state-of-the-art control models using modern control theory approaches. This requires new and also modern validation approaches. Brand new test/validation/simulation environments are being created to meet expectation.
Establish the simulation/emulation environment for supporting the software development from Machine Conditioning for the High NA system from ASML. Activities will include:
- Create programs/tasks from communication over IP between entities (Controllers and speedgoat)
- Creation of specification for tests in functional language (robot framework or equivalent), creating bindings to underling components
- Create/modify test pipelines to introduce new test jobs (nightly builds, etc)

- Jenkins/GitHubActions

Your profile
To be the perfect match for this internship you:
- Have educational background in electronics, computer science or any related field;
- Have programming skills (Object oriented is a plus), Python is a plus;
- Have "Make it work" mindset;
- Are Hands-on person;
This is a Bachelor/Master apprentice internship with a duration of 6 months, 5 days per week. The start date is as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only consider students who are enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship.
This position requires access to U.S. controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations. Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such U.S. controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with applicants who are immediately eligible to access U.S. controlled technology.
