You manage and control your team at waferstage build of the execution layer of the manufacturing process for NXT DUV volume systems in Veldhoven. You meet agreed production targets within following target area’s (people, safety, quality, on time delivery, costs and flexibility) and secure DUV contribution of shipped systems to ASML’s bottom line results.

Role and responsibilities

In charge of group of material handlers and accountable for Managing a team in the shift, including hiring, target setting, end year reviews, setup development actions plans, coach individual team members, define and monitor required training. Ensure overall high level of engagement. Prepare, carry out and monitoring vision and mission with linked departments Norm review, make budget via CRP model to realize the agreed targets set up standards and values and monitor a good atmosphere (internally/externally), Managing the logistics flow of materials within the factory, by correct prioritizing of orders and initiating warehouse requisitions. Balancing stock levels and the work in progress of makes to an optimum, without compromising timely delivery. Improvement: Ensure proposing and attuning of improvements. Initiate actions of the own group and/or other departments in order to ensure the proper implementation. Evaluate the effects of these actions/improvements
This role is set up in a 2 shift roster

Education and experience

Bachelor or Master Degree (BSc or MSc) on specific technical area.

5+ years of experience in high tech industry.
Experience in ASML production environment is a pre
Lean knowledge (working with Natural Teams) and experience with change management.
Ability to work both independently and in team settings in high ambiguity environments;
Demonstrated ability to perform in high-pressureenvironments;
Experience in interfacing with (internal) customers,including managing challenging and complex matters;
Culture fit is crucial: must show extraordinaryresilience, discipline, and agility with strong sense of urgency to reactand implement business decisions promptly and accurately in the fastchanging environment;
Fluency in Dutch and English.

We deliver and install qualified DUV TWINSCAN Systems at agreed cost levels. is dynamic, requiring us to organize for agreed flexibility levels to follow the market.
Our volume in terms of systems, our New Product Introductions (NPIs) and number of employees are outgrowing us in the current organizational set-up and require a new design of our TF organization to remain successful in the future and to support our customers in the best possible way.
The intend of the implementation of a new organizational set-up is to strengthen our TF organization. With the new organizational set-up we aim for a more balanced responsibility within the organization, dedicated focus by our employees and people leaders and healthy team sizes with a better span of control. The change is applicable for the TF organization as a whole. This brings opportunities to grow within the role and development to next potential roles within the TF.
You will be working together with your NXT Module Build and XT Module Build counterpart, to optimize performance on both platforms and create synergy where possible.
You will have both internal (System Integration & Pack, System Performance, Process Improvement, Technical Support) customers, as well as external customers. Module Build is positioned at the start of the process, providing all the relevant modules (small to big).
