Introduction to the job

Assist Account Managers on sales activities together with client Account team.
Operationally report to Taiwan.

Role and responsibilities

•On time tracking for sales business activities. Details oriented and be capable of tracking tasks proactively to meet customer requirement.
•Regular communication with both internal and external stakeholders, including finance, legal, logistics, CS, account managers, users and buyers

•Option Forecast creation & update
•Assist/ Apply DST for special deal & trace approval progress
•Quote Creation
•PO tracking and booking
•Delivery tracking and follow up
•Machine FAT report delivery & follow up signature
•Payment tracking & update
•Support Legal Agreement sign-off with end user
•Other commercial follow up (Consolidate sales report…)

Education and experience

・Bachelor degree (Associate degree also fine)

・Sales coordinator experience


・Business level of English, Chinese, Japanese

・PC skill for Word, Excel, Power point.
