Role and responsibilities
Executing an order fulfillment for Samsung customer under service contract
- Ensure safety stock level based on ASML stocking strategy and customer contract are maintained and replenished properly.
- Validate Inventory level compared to actual usage and improve it through collaboration with Plan & Allocation team.
- Order fulfillment and on-time delivery within required date.
- Coordinate critical part & tool demand based on machine criticality and escalate supply issue to HQ in timely manner.
- Utilize freight forwarder resources to ensure operations execution, shipment status reporting and exceptions management, and timely resolution of shipment issues
- Collaborate with CS Engineers and Quality team to encourage efficient Part & tool use / return flow to secure targeted inventory level.
Communication & Process improvement
- Maintain relationship with both internal and external customers, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis.
- Meet with and provide reports while supportingcontinuous improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve process within supply chain and streamline via LEAN methodologies (A3, 4C, 5S).
Education and experience
- Bachelor's degree or above with major related logistics/SCM and biz administration
- 7~10 years experience in supply chain field is preferred
