Role and responsibilities

Executing an order fulfillment for Samsung customer under service contract

  • Ensure safety stock level based on ASML stocking strategy and customer contract are maintained and replenished properly.
  • Validate Inventory level compared to actual usage and improve it through collaboration with Plan & Allocation team.
  • Order fulfillment and on-time delivery within required date.
  • Coordinate critical part & tool demand based on machine criticality and escalate supply issue to HQ in timely manner.
  • Utilize freight forwarder resources to ensure operations execution, shipment status reporting and exceptions management, and timely resolution of shipment issues
  • Collaborate with CS Engineers and Quality team to encourage efficient Part & tool use / return flow to secure targeted inventory level.

Communication & Process improvement

  • Maintain relationship with both internal and external customers, communication and performances on a day-to-day basis.
  • Meet with and provide reports while supportingcontinuous improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve process within supply chain and streamline via LEAN methodologies (A3, 4C, 5S).

Education and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above with major related logistics/SCM and biz administration
  • 7~10 years experience in supply chain field is preferred
