With a technical secondary vocational education (MBO qualification level 4) you can literally be at the heart of complex innovative technology. In our cleanrooms in Veldhoven we assemble, build and deliver complex lithography systems, from prototype to final product. You’ll work in a high-tech environment where standards are high and targets aren’t just aspirational – they’re necessary. This dynamic environment requires skilled manufacturing Technicians.
Due to our rapid growth and the need to expand our capabilities in our Twinscan Factory (TF) and EUV Factory (EF) we are currently looking for Assemblers / Technicians who want to work during the weekends in a weekend-shift.
Role and responsibilities
We look for candidates who are part of the Build phase of the manufacturing process. You assemble, adjust and qualify ASML products or (sub) systems according to agreed specifications and delivery times.
EF System Integration & Module Build:
The sector EF Manufacturing is responsible both for the production and installation of wafer steppers, scanners and light sources for EUV systems.
The department System Integration is responsible for the assembly and qualification of the Scanner, Source Build and CO2 milestones.
As Technician System Integration you install and align components for System Integration (Scanner). This integration work includes swapping parts, testing and, cleaning delicate high tech surfaces to make sure the system works according to customer specifications.
Education and experience
You have a MBO 4 degree in the area of Mechanical engineering, Mechatronics, Applied physics, Aerospace, Electronics or Automotive engineering with relevant work experience.
Candidates with a HBO degree in the areas mentioned above can also apply, if you have hands-on assembly/qualification experience and experience with diagnosis to high tech equipment.
Experience
You like to work with your hands to assemble and make things work. You have hands-on experience with technical assembly in a high-tech or customer service environment, for example as a car mechanic, a construction worker or a technical service employee. Proven affinity with system assembling and troubleshooting is essential.

Working in Weekend shift schedule
As a weekend Assembler/Technician you have a specific shift roster; Office hours on Friday (or another day if preferred) and weekly alternating shifts on Saturday and Sunday.
Early shift: 6.00- 14.30 hour
Late shift: 13.30 - 22.00 hour
This position is offered for a one year within which you are trained to reach the desired competence level. Depending on performance and business need, the contract will be extended.
