Role and responsibilities

Would you like to be part of the latest E-beam metrology equipment development for semiconductor applications? We are looking for an accountable project leader to be responsible for engineering and technical disciplines for specific functions of the tool development. You will be responsible for cross-functional deliverables across multiple competences in the Mechanical Infrastructure, Machine Conditioning, Wafer Flow and Electrical Infrastructure Project and own both the hardware and software deliverables to the e-Beam products in the Platform Department in Design and Engineering Organization and will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.
Prepare,schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects.
Performoverall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’sperformance) and report regularly on project status.
Cooperateand communicate effectively with program managers and other project teammembers to provide assistance /technical support.
Reviewengineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
Managerisks and (internal) customer requirements.
Definedeliverables for engineers.
Alignwith cross-projects on regular basis to ensure on time delivery of module.
Communicateupward and downward on regular basis.
Holdregular meetings to provide information, identify interdependencies,secure cross-sector alignment and agreements.
Workwith architects to define the project scope and required budget.
Delegatetasks and follow up to team members.
Isable to assess and address technical risk based on team input fromarchitects and design engineers.
Respondto requests for changes with impact assessment and secure programagreements before accepting changes. Understandproper escalation paths and acts accordingly.

Education and experience

Masters degree or PhD in related areas of engineering preferred.

Other information

The California base annual salary / hourly range for this role is currently $115,000 -$193,000. Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and
