Innovation is the lifeline for ASML. Adequate and effective allocation of all research and development colleagues (over 14.000 in total) is crucial to achieve the required innovations. The IT-applications that support this process are currently being revitalized to meet ASML’s growth and ambitions. As a team leader you guide and steer the team to support and further improve the applications. The applications are developed in-house. The end user community is spread globally.

Role and responsibilities

You will lead a multi-disciplinary development team of 10 professionals. Based on user requirements new functionalities are being prioritized, specified and implemented. Driven by your hands-on mentality and experience you guide the team to fulfill the demand.

You have a proven track record in software development, as a developer and as a team leader. To meet the organizational growth and complexity the team is preparing to move to a new application platform based on Angular. The platform will be hosted as a Cloud service. You take the lead to make this happen.
You coach and develop the team to make them grow, as a team and as an individual.
Development activities are registered, prioritized and planned via Kanban.

Education and experience

  • Bachelor with background in IT (or equivalent based on work experience / proven affinity with IT).
  • > 8 years work experience
  • Leading a software development team
  • Setting up a development platform (based on Angular is a pre)
  • Cloud services
  • BI Software (e.g. Tibco Spotfire)
  • Angular development platform
  • Agile / DevOps
  • Implementing interfaces with other systems like SAP
