Introduction to the job

Within ASML the sector Development & Engineering is responsible for the specification and the design of ASML products.
In this sector, the department Software Quality & Integration (SQI) integrates and qualifies the various software systems into a software releases.

Role and responsibilities

In this role you are responsible for maintaining the systems (hardware and software) used for test. You are also responsible to deliver support for the ASML developers for these test systems.

Do you want to be challenged to get the availability, utilization, stability and usage of the test systems as high as possible? Within the team you should be able to maintain the HW, troubleshoot issues on the machine and write SW to ensure the developers of ASML can use the systems as efficient as possible.

It is expected that you can think and work in terms of:

  • Understand the way our customers use the test systems and support these users
  • Create and maintain scripts for efficient install and use of test systems
  • Build up test systems
  • Ensure the safety at the test systems

Education and experience

  • Bachelor or Master Level – Technical
  • Preferred educated in Computer Science or Electronics
  • Experience in a support organization/team
  • Linux experience
  • GitHub/Bitbucket experience
  • Python knowledge
  • Ansible knowledge
  • Knowledge of shell scripting
  • Agile experience
