HR | Psychology Internship: The transition towards a sustainable Coaching and Mentoring program

Introduction

Background information

Within ASML we bring both coaching and mentoring to the next higher level of maturity in the organisation; we've worked on both the service and the skills development. The service part consists of a global platform that helps with the matching and supports the coaching & mentoring process, moreover we can collect data from these relationships. The skills part consists of learning journeys that help our leaders and potential mentors develop the necessary skills to be able to coach and mentor themselves. This new initiative will be launched in June '23, after this time we need to consolidate the change in our "sustain" organization where we need to provide a structure for data collection/ reporting/ support and change & communications.

Your assignment

As the intern you are going to support both the program manager of Coaching and of Mentoring in all aspects of the program deployments. Most focus will be on supporting (1) implementing the coaching & mentoring process to support the change, (2) support the program manager(s) in facilitating sounding board and sessions with key stakeholder sessions aimed to gather feedback and excecute improvements (3) the set up of data gathering and reporting on the progress and impact and (4) the set-up of a Coaching & Mentoring community.

Your profile

To be the perfect match for this internship, you:

• Are a bachelor or master student in HR, Psychology or a related field;
• Are looking for an apprentice internship to gain work experience;
• Have a great affinity with Learning and People Development;
• Are a great team player with good stakeholder management skills;
• Are experienced with Design Thinking and have basic MS Office skills.

This internship has a duration of 6 months, for 3 to 5 days per week. The start date will be as of September 2023.

You need to be enrolled as a student during the entire duration of the internship.
