Role and responsibilities

Provide second line administrative support for all warehouse activities, monitoring, execute and improve stock & IT performance related warehouse processes in order to ensure maximized stock accuracy & system cleanliness. The role also contains making sure the IT architecture is aligned with the operational processes and drive these to the next level.

·Resolve internal customer inquiries and supervise escalated issues

·Monitoring & adjusting IDoc and stock related processes

·Act as integral business SPOC for IT architecture related to operational warehouse processes

·Contact with internal and external customers and supporting them.

·Resolve complex problems based on best practice/precedence, escalating when needed

·Reporting and authorizations requests for SAP and WMS

·Take care of all warehouse locations that these are physically and financially in balance.

·Cycle count processing 5l and other warehouse locations

·Create and improve the balance in Lost and found bookings

·Supporting other department with all SAP related issues

Education and experience

HBO in the field of logistics, warehousing or technical

·4 years of relevant experience within logistics

·Knowledge and experience with SAP-ECC/EWM and MS office

·Preferably experience with trouble-shooting: analyzing problem, finding root cause and determining solution.

·Knowledge of quality improvement methods.

·Experience in problem analysis of products and processes.

·Experience in data analysis and reporting
