Role and responsibilities

In this role, you are responsible for the operational supply towards the different demand parties of ASML and externally. You will be the first point of contact for the supplier, the internal and external demand parties to get the latest information about short term deliveries, long term planning and you are responsible for resolving material escalations.

Ensure successful delivery of all transport tooling for all upgrade, relocations and installation events, even if it is a short term planning that seems undoable. Contribute to the supply chain team to ensure that the (thousands of) high-tech parts are delivered on-time, on-spec and at the right quality at the customer site. Meet the delivery requirements that have been agreed with the customers and ASMLs engineering team. Define, work out and implement improvements you encounter within your operational job.

ASML’s Supply Chain (SCM) is continuously aiming to better serve ASML’s customers, for example by providing complex upgrade services at the site of the client. During these events (a significant) part of the machine is replaced by modules that allow for e.g., increased output and enhanced specifications. These on-site upgrade activities create extremely demanding requirements for the supply chain processes, driven by the sensitivity of the parts (cleanroom handling only), the strict needs to minimize machine downtime and the constantly changing specifications of machines. Goal is to establish a true “field factory” set-up that allows the engineers to perform the installation with maximum efficiency and minimum downtime.

All these processes ultimately enable ASML’s clients to continue improving the performance of the laptops, tablets and smartphones that we use.

Education and experience

Master degree in Supply Chain or Logistics

Experience

• 2 - 3 years relevant experience within a supply chain environment is a pre;
• Excellent verbal and written professional communication in English;
• Experience with an ERP system is a pre
