Senior project management and leadership position in Taiwan reporting into Software Engineering Department at US HQ, to head up ASML-HMI’s Taiwan software engineering projects and team to deliver our industry-leading e-beam inspection and metrology equipment product lines
Role and responsibilities
Develop and lead the local software project teams’ growth in capacity and competence, and drive towards concurrent collaboration with other sectors towards internal and external (including customer-facing) deliverables
Managing Software R&D projects via tracking ofschedules, scope, and resource constraints with delivery target.
Leading end-to-end software projects in TW and Asia-Pacsoftware R&D and Application teams to collaborate closely with key Asiacustomers on critical improvement projects from intake to delivery.
Manage and drive the local TW software teams tooperate seamlessly and align with HQ teams and regional focus to achievecommon company objectives
Instill and uphold ASML’s high performance standardand productivity culture, and continue to challenge the teams to grow inaccordance to ASML values
Bring relevantexperiences, unique expertise, and technical excellence to further enrich andstrengthen our R&D community
Education and experience
Master’sDegree in computer science, electrical engineering or other relevantdisciplines.
Graduate studies in U.S.institutions preferred
10+ yearsof diverse experiences in the software industry with minimum 5 years ofmanaging a large-scale software project/product with 50+ people in a customer-focusedenvironment
