Field service engineer in HVM Toshiba
In a nutshell
The Customer Support sector is responsible for the delivery; installtaion, initial training of and maintenance of ASML systems at the customer site, and are responsible for teh necessary transfer of knowledge to the customer.
- Conduct ASML system maintenance actions
- Diagnose and solove the ASML system troubles with other team members.
- Escalate the issues to the technical support groups.
- Create necessary documents about the machine issues and report to customer and management team.
Junior College degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or related discipline.
** The other education backgrounds are acceptable if you have semiconductor or machinery related knowledge and experience.
Preferably experience with Semiconductor tool/equipment or complex mechatronics sytems (Aerospace, Robotics, Factory Automation, Actuators, Motion control or industies with related technologies.)
Experience/knowlekge with photographic exposure manufacturing process, inspection equipment, film equipment Industrial Machinery (Electronics) Service/Maintenance expeience are preffered.
Desire and ambition to grow and learn continuously.
Cooperative and flexible personality.
Fundamental English skill is preferred (TOEIC 500).If not, motivation to learn English and increase TOEIC score in first year on the job is required.
Native level Japanese sill is required.
