Job Mission

Take responsibility for ASML’s integral supply chain plan, monthly master plan and supply capability for complex modules and parts. With a horizon of 1-4 years ahead, the supply chain plan dictates the required supply chain outcome to meet ASML’s customer requirements. In this position you will play an important role in the decision support process towards senior management. You will manage a network of interfaces in the organization and be on top of the supply chain performance towards your business lines at all times.

Job Description

Translate ASML business objectives to supply chain objectives. Build-up a trusted network of applicable stakeholders, to be able to pro-actively signal treats to the agreed supply chain plan and take appropriate actions. Actively communicate and drive decision making on supply chain related topics as material availability and releases, plan changes, capability agreements etc. Report regular and trustworthy on plans, factory progress and supply chain performance. Ensure agreed plans are reflected in the applicable tools for strategic planning and operational execution. Manage the monthly/weekly supply chain planning process and translate long term capacity planning into actions towards supply chain. Drive containment actions in case of deviations between supply and demand to realize the agreed plan and realize inventory reduction programs within the business lines.


MSc level in (technology) business administration, procurement, supply chain management or comparable.


-Have managed teams of professionals
-Initiated and implemented process improvements in a large organization
-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in supply chain management
-A background in a high tech industry is a plus
