Job Mission

The mission of Fab Team Supervisor manage Field Service Engineering group.

Drive the fab team towards maximaize support capability by strong leadership and ownership.

Job Description

- Key interface function between customer and Fab team, competency team and more upper escalation support lines.

- All information will coming to this position and he/she needs to set right priority and make decision to which direction to go.

- Acet as a bridge between the different shifts to ensure continuity in our process and ways of working.

- Ensure that the operation is adequately balanced (manpower and skills) to achieve designated goals.

- Gate keeper of customer in day-to-day operation

- Communicate and negotiate with customer about issue reporting, take machine time and make decision wiht customer

Education

Bachelors

Experience

at least 5 years of projessional experiences with Semiconductor equipment fiels support experience.

Prefarably 3 years with ASML
