Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to identify, initiate and execute structural improvement projects to improve Install operations globally. You will connect with regional Install teams to translate insights into structural improvement projects and deliver them. You are the voice of field in headquarters, and you will ensure resources for improvement projects are secured and utilized on time, in full for benefit of regions and ASML.

Job Description

As a Project Manager Operations-Customer Support (Installs), you are expected to:

  • Designimprovement roadmaps in (Pre)Install operations based on voice of fieldand business needs
  • Identify,initiate and deliver projects by preparing business cases and project plans
  • Buildand leverage close collaboration with EUV factory, Supply Chain Managementand others to drive X-sector improvement projects
  • Setupand drive operations performance dashboard “Mission Control” connectingregions and central stakeholders


Master degree in a technical subject (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) or Business Administration with technical affinity, plus over 8 years of experience in industry or consulting


  • Consultingexperience in one of the top-4 firm or industry, with relevant experiencein operational excellence projects
  • Projectmanagement in operations in manufacturing sector, involving strongcross-sector collaboration
  • Atleast 5 years’ relevant work experience as a Sr. Project Leader or anequivalent position, proven record of deliverables
  • Experiencein a LEAN and/or AGILE environment can be an advantage

Context of the position

Within ASML, the Customer Support (CS) group is responsible for the installs (with manufacturing), maintenance, repair and continuous improvement of ASML systems at customer locations. As a Project Manager in CS EUV Installs, you are part of the CS worldwide Installs Program group and report to Installs Program Manager.
