HR - Recruitment process and system specialist Asia - Linkou
In a nutshell
The role is part of the HR Information Systems team and has
a strong link with the Recruitment team (local and global teams) for the system
and process items (ATS and potential new systems e.g. CRM, video
He/She is the system and
process expert for recruitment in Asia, and the linking pin combining
recruitment and systems knowledge.
Analyze recruitment processes in the Asian countries together with recruiters and
propose changes / improvements / innovations (process and/or system based)
Ensure update documentation of processes Act
as 2nd line support for recruiters in the region on system items
(knowledge building and troubleshooting):First
point of contact for recruiters in case of system issues / questions Liaison
with ww team for issue resolution
Case management with the vendor for own tickets.
Train new recruiters.
Train recruitment community on new functionalities
Support deployment of new functionalities.
Execute reporting and analysis region specific (on recruitment processes and labour
Monitor adherence to processes
Monitor recruitment data quality and take corrective actions
Work with System Admin and Recruitment ww team to assess impact of new releases and
carry out relevant testing
Bachelor / Master in Information Technology or Management
Experience with recruitment systems (namely applicant tracking system.)
5 years experience in relevant roles
IT Savvy Analytical skills Interest in reporting and analytics
Capability to translate business requirements into system functionalitiesGood communication skills
Context of the position
The role can be based out of Taiwan (Linkou or Hsinchu). It
requires some travelling to get acquainted with recruitment teams and practices
