As a high-tech company and leading supplier to the semiconductor industry, we manufacture complex lithography machines that chip manufacturers use to produce their integrated circuits or computer chips. What we do is produce the core for all of the electronic devices that connect, entertain and inform us. More than 1,300 employees develop and manufacture key components for ASML lithography systems at our Berlin facility.

It is absolutely essential that we are able to provide the necessary office space at the right time for further developing our Berlin facility and the significant growth targets associated with it. You will be responsible for the overall space requirement planning and managing the office infrastructure as part of our CRE team.

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare effective and efficient space requirement planning based on the strategic principles used in the commercial real estate sector with regard to security, total costs (total cost of ownership), flexibility, business suitability, well-being and sustainability data that is held in our so-called "ASML real-estate fact sheet”
  • Organize the maintenance and upkeep of ASML Berlin's existing office infrastructure, based on and in accordance with the ASML’s “Global real-estate guidelines and standards”
  • Prepare the "requirements specification" as well as the corresponding floor layouts, which the CRE project manager can use as the basis for realizing the project
  • Identifying and acquisition of suitable project premises in the region in conjunction with the “Real-estate development & strategy” division

Your profile

  • Completed Bachelor's / Master's degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Business Administration or a comparable qualification

  • At least three years of industrial experience gained in real estate management, snearios management and demand management

  • Extensive know-how regarding space requirements planning

  • Knowledge in ABW (Activity Based Working), shared desks and agile concepts

  • Experience in organization maintenance and maintaining an office infrastructure

  • Extensive know-how regarding the legal principles (workplace ordinance, occupational health and safety law, fire protection, etc.)

  • Project management or project support experience would be an advantage

  • Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent initiative, independence and decision-making abilities

  • Well-developed focus on results with a corresponding sense of responsibility

  • Ability to analyze problems and find solutions

  • Sense of urgency and excellent stakeholder management skills

  • High degree of flexibility and self-confidence

  • Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
