Due to growth of our department we looking for an additionto our staff with one Industrialization Group Manager. The candidate will manage a team which primaryfocus is to provide procedures for factory and customer support to executebuild, test and service actions. Organizationally we work in a matrix environmentwhere we see the Project Leads, the customer of the team that the Group lead steers. In thiscontext the project lead focuses on planning and on time delivery where the group lead focuses on wayof working, quality and people development.
In the position of Group Lead Manufacturing and Equipment Engineering (ME-EE), you and your team are key contributors to the Source laser Industrialization of our ASML systems. The goal of ME-EE group is to industrialize ASML products while development is ongoing, embedding industrial performance aspects (Cycle time, Manufacturability, Availability, Reliability, Cost) early in the design phase and create all required deliverables to ensure a smooth transition of design to the ASML manufacturing / field environment. As a Group Team Lead you’ll drive the efficiency of your people, processes and products, by using your technical, communication and teambuilding skills.
-Being the line manager of a team of ~20 FTE Manufacturing & Equipment engineers
-Responsible for people development processes of own team (such as DAP & PPM)
-Drive team for high quality industrialization deliverables as well as results
-Drive internal continuous improvement roadmap
-Assist Group Manager in claim & allocation process
-Build a trust based team atmosphere
Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics Electrical Engineering, Software or other technical area.
-Experience in management in a technical high-tech environment.
-> 10 years of experience in a multidisciplinary technical environment.
-Affinity with industrialization processes
-Broad scope (software, physics, mechanics, electronics, IT infrastructure).
-Familiar with Design processes
-Preferably a manufacturing, service and/or D&E diagnostics background
-The drive and enthusiasm to achieve tangible results
-Excellent communication and team building skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Organizational and leadership skills
-The ability to influence others without exercising direct power
-Ambition and capability to grow to Group Manager ME-EE within 2-3 years
